next exhibition Richard Hart's Silent Auction Gallery 415 is deeply honored to play host to Richard Hart's Silent Auction.
After 17 years as creative head of the celebrated design studio disturbance, he and his wife and daughters will be packing up to pursue opportunities in the "Big Apple", but not before one more rather unique display of his work as an artist. Richard has been invited to join The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts studio program in New York City. He will take up his studio in the EFA's studio building in Manhattan in August and will be represented by New York gallery Baang + Burne. (www.baangandburne.com).
Although much of his recent work will be heading to New York for exhibitions in October and February, the show of works at Gallery 415 will include pieces from each of Hart's five solo exhibitions from the last five years. Please come along and show your support for this highly accomplished, internationally acclaimed Durban artist and join us in celebrating and wishing him well on his new endevour. The planned silent auction will make for an exciting evening and might even mean you could snap up one of this collectible artist's pieces for a bargain. Cash bar available 5:30pm 'til closing. When: Thursday 18 July, 6pm Where: Gallery 415, 415 Umgeni Road |
